Monthly Sound Journeys
Second Sunday from 9am-10:30am
All Welcome, regardless of experience or ability to pay.
Bring blanket/yoga mat and journal
Come a few minutes before 9am to set up and the experience is over by 10am with time to socialize after if desired.
Adrienne Rigsby has joined to you movement and assist your body with getting into a
restorative pose to enjoy the sound journey.

In the Mental Health Specific services I provide Couples counseling and offer Couples Retreats for Counseling.
