Monthly Sound Journeys
Sunday June 8th - 9am-10:30am
All Welcome, regardless of experience or ability to pay.
Bring blanket/yoga mat and journal
Come a few minutes before 9am to set up and the experience is over by 10:15am with time to socialize after if desired.
Adrienne Rigsby has joined to support you with movement and assist your body with getting into a restorative pose to enjoy the sound journey.
Suggested Donation $20
Crystal and Himalayan Singing bowls are used as well as chimes and drums.

I am offering Individual Reiki Sessions, as well as a Soul Attunement Session with a loved one. I teach Holy Fire Reiki® levels 1 and 2.
Specific to Mental Health, the services I provide are couples counseling and offer Couples Retreats and intensives to deeply shift to new healthier patterns.
